Procedure : The surgery is usually accomplished in one stage to achieve the three goals which includes :

	Preparation for surgery : If you are a smoker, you will be asked to stop smoking well in advance of surgery. Aspirin and certain anti-inflammatory drugs can cause increased bleeding, so you should avoid taking these medications for a period of time before and after surgery. Stop hormonal therapy 2 weeks before surgery. Inform the surgeon about your medical history (such as diseases, medications and allergies) .

Patients who are suitable for SRS must meet the following specifications :
